Consuming more green juice is one of the most health promoting things you can do for your body. Anyone who has juiced before knows that it can be a pain to prewash all the produce and clean the juicer afterward but the health benefits and taste of a fresh green juice easily outweigh these annoyances.

I think Vitamineral Green, fresh green juice and green smoothies each have a unique role to play in a healthy lifestyle. I do think VMG provides a lot of the same benefits of green juice… chlorophyll, enzymes, vitamins, minerals… but each is unique.
VMG is a nutrient dense food and can be taken in any amount. For a good dose I would work your way up to consuming 2-3 tbsp a day.
